4. Free Tier Limitations

Non-authenticated users are limited to 3 free image generations. After reaching this limit, you must sign in with Google to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people
• Produce explicit, violent, or adult content

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and any images you upload for editing.

Generated Content: Images generated by our Service are created by AI. You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws and the terms of Google's Gemini AI.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, original, or free from third-party claims.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

8. Limitation of Liability
